Today marks an exciting milestone in online learning, as we celebrate the MITx learners who have completed the first ever MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management on edX.
The MITx program is the pilot program of the MicroMasters initiative, which now includes 35 programs that offer a credential with a pathway to Master’s credit, provide high-quality education from top universities to help learners launch or advance their careers, or follow a path to an accelerated Master’s degree.
MITx learners from all over the world joined together today for an online ceremony honoring their accomplishments. Over 600 learners from more than 79 countries earned the valuable MicroMasters credential, as well as automatically earning a chance to apply for a full Master’s degree on campus at MIT.
